The therapist will provide mental health services to students, including counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining a caseload, performing intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and conducting crisis interventions.
Candidates must hold a valid professional license such as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT, or a limited permit. A Master's degree is required, and two years of experience in the human services field is preferred.

The School Based Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Counselor) will provide a variety of mental health services to students including anxiety, depression, attention issues, problematic behaviors, trauma, substance use issues, issues with family and interpersonal functioning, and more.
These positions are Full-Time position with Helio Health. When school is not in session, counselors will be providing services at our Child & Adolescent Clinic as part of our Outpatient program.
In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, Full-Time Licensed Counselors are eligible for a Sign-On Incentive between $4,000-$8,000 depending upon licensure!
Pay Range: $30.00 - $35.00/per hour based on permit/licensure

Salary and hourly compensation offers are based on candidate's education level and experience relevant to the position and also take into account information provided by the hiring manager and program.
