Must hold a current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota and a valid driver's license with an insured vehicle. CPR certification is required within six months of hire, along with the ability to pass a background check.
Schedule: Full-time | 80 Hours/Pay Period | Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay range: $36.55/hr. to $50.70/hr. (hourly non-exempt) based on qualifications, experience, and location.
As a Float Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll play a key role in providing flexible, high-quality clinical coverage for home health clients throughout Vivie’s footprint. This position supports patient care during staff absences or open positions, delivering skilled physical therapy and case management as needed. Through clinical expertise, collaboration, and adaptability, Float OT ensures that every client receives the care and attention they deserve, no matter where they live.
