Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least two years of industry experience, and one year of supervisory experience. A valid driver's license and completion of Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training are required.

Nexus Family Healing is looking to hire a 1st Shift Milieu Supervisor to join our Portland Oregon Residential Program.
This small PRTF program serves up to six youth at a time, ages 10-17 with mental and developmental disabilities who have become involved in the justice system. The program, located at Nexus’ Walden Crossing, is a secure location, providing high staff to youth ratios as well as 24/7 nursing, recreational and therapeutic professionals, psychiatric services, and an array of other types of therapies.

Our Milieu Supervisor is responsible to provide trauma-informed milieu leadership and mentorship in the treatment guidance plans through effective communication, organization, and planning of the daily operations of the program and assigned unit.
