Must possess an active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado. While pediatric or high-acuity experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome and will receive training.

What You’ll Do
Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Qualifications
Required:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado)
Ability to provide care in a home environment
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Pediatric or home health experience
Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
