Integrate blood-processing equipment into customer IT environments through installation, configuration, and remote or on-site support. Provide technical guidance to customers and internal teams while collaborating with sales and global cross-functional teams.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of experience in IT implementations and hardware/software diagnostics. Proficiency in SQL, networking protocols, and fluency in English plus another European language are essential.
