The Project Manager oversees the execution and delivery of advanced synthetic training and simulation solutions for the U.S. Army. This includes managing complex DoD contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams while serving as the primary liaison for customers and prime contractors.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of project management experience within the Defense or Aerospace industry. Proficiency in Agile tools, experience with various contract types, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance are required.

The Project Manager oversees the direction, execution, and delivery of programs that enhance warfighter readiness through "commercial speed at industrial scale." Acting as the primary liaison for U.S. Army customers and prime contractors, the Project Manager applies project management best practices to ensure OneArc’s VBS-based ecosystems and simulation technologies meet critical contract performance goals.
