The Senior Water Utility Project Manager will lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects for municipal and public-sector clients. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or a related Engineering field and be a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in utility engineering and project management for municipal water or wastewater projects is required.

We are seeking a Senior Water Utility Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects for municipal and public-sector clients. This senior-level role is ideal for a technically strong and client-focused professional with experience managing water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and related utility projects from concept through design, permitting, bidding, and construction support.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of project management leadership, technical utility design expertise, client relationship management, and business development capability. This person will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor technical staff, and help grow our utility practice through excellent project execution and strategic market engagement.
