Valiant is seeking an experienced P8A Contract Instructor (Pilot, TACCO, Acoustic Systems Specialist, or Electronic Warfare Operator) to serve as the Site Manager for our training program at NAS Jacksonville. This role blends hands‑ on‑ instruction with site leadership, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of Fleet Replacement Squadron (FRS) training. You will lead daily training operations, coordinate closely with the Government and FRS Training Office, and personally instruct across P‑8A simulator, classroom, and systems training events. This role supports P‑8A training and MQ‑4C site management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred. Must be willing and able to obtain a TS/SCI in the future.
