The LifeCafe Leader manages daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure high-quality food and service execution. They are responsible for driving financial results through P&L management, budgeting, and the development of a high-performing team.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced food or hospitality setting and a high school diploma. Required certifications include ServSafe, Alcohol Safety, and CPR/AED certification.
