Lead and support a team of hourly employees in the Cheese Department to ensure product quality, safety, and efficient production. Supervise daily shift operations while partnering with maintenance and quality teams to meet productivity and regulatory standards.
Requires a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years in food manufacturing and 1 year of leadership experience. Candidates must be proficient in manufacturing software and available to work weekends, swing, and overnight shifts.
