Oversee and direct a maintenance crew in performing troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on plant equipment. Ensure the execution of weekly plans and maintain safety standards through proper documentation and area inspections.
Requires previous leadership experience and proficiency in various welding techniques (Arc, TIG, MIG, Oxy/Ace) and fabrication. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and P&ID drawings and possess knowledge of dairy equipment and electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
