The Stand Lead oversees a concession stand, managing a food service team and ensuring high-quality guest experiences. Responsibilities include supervising task completion, training staff on safety and sanitation, and managing inventory and workstation setup.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification and previous food service experience. Supervisory experience is preferred, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $21.29 to $22.79. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

There is no predetermined application window for this position, the position will close once a qualified candidate is selected. Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.
