Responsibilities
You will own the strategy and roadmap for the Brex Travel experience, managing the end-to-end journey from discovery to reconciliation. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and operations to drive product adoption and use AI to streamline workflows for travelers and administrators.
Requirements
The role requires a proven track record of managing end-to-end products, ideally within the travel, marketplace, or payments sectors. Candidates must possess strong customer judgment, fluency in backend systems, and the ability to drive quantitative outcomes in a complex operational environment.
Full job description
Why join us
Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. By combining global corporate cards and banking with intuitive spend management, bill pay, and travel software, Brex enables founders and finance teams to accelerate operations, gain real-time visibility, and control spend effortlessly. Brex’s AI-native automation and world-class service eliminate manual expense and accounting tasks for customers so they can focus on what matters most. Tens of thousands of the world's best companies run on Brex, including DoorDash, Coinbase, Robinhood, Zoom, Plaid, Reddit, and SeatGeek.
Working at Brex allows you to push your limits, challenge the status quo, and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry. We’re committed to building a diverse team and inclusive culture and believe your potential should only be limited by how big you can dream. We make this a reality by empowering you with the tools, resources, and support you need to grow your career.
Product at Brex
The Product team is at the forefront of Brex's mission to empower employees anywhere to make better financial decisions. With a deep understanding of the business, we identify and scope the most impactful opportunities for Brex to tackle. We align cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design—on key decisions, set strategy, and drive products from inception to launch.
What you’ll do
Travel is one of the most complex—and stressful—areas of company spend. Growing companies must keep bookings moving, travelers supported, policies enforced, payments working, and expenses organized after every trip.
As Senior Product Manager, you will own and scale Brex Travel, our integrated travel experience. You will build across discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation—connecting every stage to Brex Card and Expense Management.
You will turn travel technology, inventory, and servicing partners into a cohesive Brex product. Across Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, and GTM, you will drive adoption, bookings, volume, and reliability while using AI to reduce traveler and administrator effort.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in either our San Francisco, Seattle, or New York office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!
Responsibilities
Own the strategy and roadmap for the Brex Travel experience.
Build the journey across discovery, booking, trip organization, group travel, servicing, payments, and reconciliation.
Connect Travel with Brex Card and Expense Management so booking context flows through payment and accounting.
Turn partner technology, inventory, and servicing capabilities into a differentiated Brex product.
Own adoption, repeat usage, bookings, travel volume, conversion, and reliability.
Improve payment, change, disruption, and support workflows for travelers and administrators.
Use AI across planning, booking, trip management, servicing, and reconciliation to remove work.
Align Engineering, Design, Operations, Partnerships, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success around outcomes.
Requirements
A track record of owning and growing an end-to-end product.
Experience in travel, online booking, marketplaces, or another operationally complex domain.
Strong customer judgment alongside fluency in backend systems and operations.
Experience building on partner, platform, inventory, or servicing infrastructure.
Quantitative ownership of adoption, bookings, volume, conversion, or comparable marketplace metrics.
Fluency in servicing, payments, reconciliation, reliability, and exception handling.
Practical judgment about how AI can reduce customer and operational effort.
Travel product experience is strongly preferred; adjacent marketplace, payments, booking, or complex consumer-product experience can translate.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $184,000 - $230,000. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
Please be aware, job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by malicious actors looking for personal data. Brex recruiters will only reach out via LinkedIn or email with a brex.com domain. Any outreach claiming to be from Brex via other sources should be ignored.
Brex is the intelligent finance platform built for speed and control, empowering founders and finance teams to spend smarter and move faster globally with intuitive corporate cards, banking, expenses, and travel. Over 35,000 companies run on Brex, including DoorDash, ServiceTitan, Wiz, and Five Guys. Brex LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Capital One, N.A.
