The Lab Technician conducts daily quality and food safety testing to ensure products meet strict standards and regulatory requirements. They are also responsible for maintaining laboratory documentation, calibrating equipment, and supporting the plant's HACCP and Allergen Control programs.
A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, or Chemistry is preferred, along with 1-2 years of food industry experience. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and be available for flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays.

You will also partner closely with Production teams to support process verification and drive consistent, high-quality results across the facility. Our plants create nutritious products 24/7, 365 days a year so availability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed is a must.
