The Team:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing efforts for S&P Dow Jones Indices, playing a key role in the execution of global marketing strategies and initiatives. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall marketing goals of the organization.
Responsibilities & Impact:
Support Marketing workstreams for a high-profile commercial initiative, helping advance key business and transformation priorities.
Assist in the development and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote S&P Dow Jones Indices products and services.
Coordinate Marketing input across cross-functional teams and help ensure priorities, requirements, and next steps are clearly communicated.
Maintain project materials, document Marketing processes and business needs, support readiness and adoption activities, and prepare updates for Marketing leadership and stakeholders.
Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,844 to $82,000.00. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial services or indices sector.
Knowledge across wide range of marketing tactics including paid media, content, emarketing, CRM and web.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with S&P Dow Jones Indices products and services.
Knowledge of analytics tools to measure marketing effectiveness ((Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Airtable, etc.).
