Your Future Team
You'll join our North America Talent Acquisition team and report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll help attract, hire, and onboard exceptional talent while supporting key Talent Acquisition programs and hiring initiatives across North America.
This dynamic position combines recruiting with Talent Acquisition operations. You'll partner with hiring managers, create exceptional candidate experience, support onboarding and employer branding initiatives, and occasionally assist with local HR activities, including new employee orientation.

What You Will Be Doing
Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support full-cycle recruitment activities
Source, screen, and interview candidates while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Support campus recruiting, career fairs, and employer branding activities
Coordinate interviews, offer logistics, onboarding activities and pre-employment requirements
Manage the North America background check process
Facilitate local new employee orientation and support select HR initiatives
Track recruiting metrics and prepare reports
Process candidate travel and expense reimbursements
Provide administrative and operational support for Talent Acquisition programs
What You Bring
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
One or more years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition, required, with additional experience in HR a plus
Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Advancedproficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Workday or other Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred
What We Offer
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, internal equity and market data.
