What you'll do
Maintain and update core reporting frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, completeness and timely delivery across weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting cycles.
Assist in preparing business performance packs, providing well‑structured dashboards, commentary inputs and supporting analysis to highlight trends, risks and opportunities.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and simplification of reporting tools and processes to increase speed, efficiency and usability.
Ensure reporting outputs are aligned to a single version of the truth and support teams across Online with clear, reliable performance insight.
Work closely with commercial, trading and finance teams to gather data, validate results and ensure reporting supports wider commercial decision‑making.
Who you are
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, simple insights.
Competent in digital, online or commercial reporting tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, BI platforms).
Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Ability to manage deadlines, organise work effectively and maintain reporting accuracy.
Demonstrates curiosity and willingness to learn, contribute and improve processes.
