The Compliance Specialist will act as the dedicated partner for the options desk, providing regulatory advice and managing compliance frameworks. Responsibilities include drafting policies, conducting risk assessments, and serving as a liaison between the desk and centralized compliance functions.
Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant compliance experience in options or listed derivatives at a financial institution. Deep knowledge of UK and EU regulatory landscapes, including FCA rules, MAR, and MiFID II, is required.
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Legal and Compliance team in London, with experience providing compliance advice on equity derivatives, including OTC and exotic options trading, as well as EU and UK listed options.
In this role, you’ll act as the dedicated compliance partner for our options desk and be their first point of contact for day-to-day compliance matters. You’ll also serve as our firm’s subject matter expert on the desk’s activities, the compliance risks associated with them, and the rules, regulations and policies that govern them.
