The Associate strives to provide the highest level of customer service to maintain a warm, inviting, and guest-focused atmosphere. Position greets arriving guests and assists with check-in/check-out procedures, answers phone inquiries, provides accommodation and amenity information, curates vacation itineraries, and offers recommendations for local attractions. Ideal candidates are problem-solvers and possess a friendly disposition with a desire to serve others.
