Candidates must possess an EPA certification and 1-3+ years of experience in maintenance or facilities management. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with strong technical skills in building systems and the ability to perform physical work.

Role Overview
As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the community remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained by diagnosing and repairing a wide range of building and apartment systems. You provide timely, high‑quality service to residents, support preventative maintenance programs, and help preserve the property’s physical assets through consistent care and attention.
