Job Summary
The Owner Relations Specialist will contribute and assist the Owner Relations team in the execution and reporting of the Owner Engagement Plan consisting of processes related to the owner journey touch points, from day of purchase through the many owner processes of ownership to curate an unparalleled owner experience. Key functions include assisting in idea generation and execution of owner engagement, executing owner outreach touchpoints, annual calendar and engagement plan, documenting and reporting on existing touch points, assisting in editing and content for the owner’s newsletters and website to improve owner knowledge and satisfaction. Assist in implementing and analyzing owner surveys to identify potential owner benefits and improvements, challenges and opportunities.

Previous experience with resort and/or owner engagement
