The Chef is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation, cooking, and serving food according to quality and sanitation standards. Key duties include managing opening and closing procedures, placing orders, and overseeing inventory and deliveries.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with previous management experience and a Serve Safe certification. Proficiency in culinary skills, kitchen sanitation, and basic computer applications is required.
