The Identification Services Operator processes Department of State ID cards, passports, and visa photos while providing customer support to employees and visitors. They are also responsible for conducting FBI fingerprinting, maintaining files, and resolving access control issues.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma with at least three years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree. A current U.S. Government SECRET security clearance is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and strong clerical skills.
