  • Ensure Contractor Quality Control (CQC) requirements are implemented and maintained in accordance with project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, schedules of values, daily reports, progress reports, redline drawings, and as-built documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, identify issues or risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact with Government representatives for construction-related matters, supporting inspections, meetings, and reporting requirements.
  • Support and enforce the company safety program and site-specific Accident Prevention Plans (APP).

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to assigned field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Ensure workforce compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in construction cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Proven knowledge of construction means and methods, equipment, materials, and supervisory practices.
  • Experience working under U.S. Federal Government contracts, including familiarity with CQC systems and international construction environments, is highly desirable.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of federal construction contracting requirements and project execution in controlled or overseas environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports, brief Government stakeholders, and participate in formal meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple construction efforts concurrently while maintaining compliance with contract requirements.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, including the ability to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of construction administration, scheduling, resource allocation, and field coordination.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and email applications).
  • Self-motivated team leader capable of working independently in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
