The Supervisor is responsible for leading the production team to achieve KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. Key duties include coaching team members, resolving operational issues, and maintaining attendance and payroll records.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Previous leadership experience and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.

WORK HOURS: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
As a member of the Production/Warehouse team, the Supervisor is a critical leadership role and is responsible promoting a team environment by developing and coaching all team members and ensure operational success through attaining KPIs in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
