The Sales Representative will prospect for new business, conduct product fittings, and build lasting relationships with coaches and athletes within the assigned territory. They are responsible for meeting sales goals while providing personalized apparel solutions and representing the company's core values.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree in marketing or business preferred. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to travel locally.

LOCATION TYPE: This is an outside sales, hybrid position. Sales activity takes place across a home office, local schools, community events, and in-person meetings with clients.
TERRITORY DETAILS: Southwest Texas (Del Rio, Eagle Pass, Rocksprings, Uvalde, Carrizo Springs, Laredo)
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, Sales Representatives live within the region they serve in order to manage local client relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
WORK HOURS: Hours vary based on customer needs. Evening and weekend work may be required.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be required.

In depth learning & career advancement
High school diploma or GED.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business education or related field preferred
Industry Experience preferred
Experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years.
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling walking and driving will all occur on a regular basis. Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds.
