The Front Desk Agent is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. They must also collaborate with other departments to maintain facility standards and operational efficiency.
No prior experience is required, though previous hospitality experience is considered a plus. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
