Responsible for the meticulous upkeep of community grounds, parking lots, and building interiors and exteriors. Duties include daily trash removal and assisting in the preparation of vacant make-ready units.
A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license are required. Previous experience in a similar field is preferred.
