The Guest Care Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and service excellence while managing salon/spa appointments and supporting team members. They must also implement effective selling strategies, maintain safety standards, and address guest needs in a professional and timely manner.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of continuous retail or customer service experience in a salon or spa. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
