The Sales Lead is responsible for driving personal sales performance and meeting KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience. They also assist in coaching team members and maintaining visual and operational standards within the retail store.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of retail experience. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills, comfort with technology, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Make strategic sales decisions that align to Purple’s values

Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments

Physical Activities may constantly include:
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods;
Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another, reaching or bending repeatedly
Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions; Capability to lift up to 200 pounds via team lift or equipment
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers;
Operating power tools, depending on position;
Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned.
