The Sales Associate is responsible for managing daily store operations, including pricing, inventory, and shipment processing. They also provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with shoe recommendations and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires physical stamina to lift up to 40 lbs and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes.
