This role blends strategic account management with day-to-day sales execution, utilizing established methodologies such as the Sandler Selling System to support client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion. The Engagement Manager develops a clear understanding of client goals and maintains a working knowledge of FIT’s products and services to proactively recommend solutions that deliver long-term value. This role is accountable for completing the activities outlined in their sales cookbook and consistently progressing toward defined KPIs and role-specific performance outcomes.

This position primarily operates in a professional office environment and requires prolonged periods of sitting, extensive computer use, and regular operation of standard office equipment, including a computer, keyboard, mouse, and related technology. The role requires local travel to client meetings, conferences, and other business-related events, with occasional long-distance travel as business needs dictate. A valid driver’s license, a satisfactory driving record, and current personal auto insurance policy are required. The position may require occasional evening or weekend work to support meetings, events, or project deadlines. The ability to lift and carry IT hardware and equipment as needed is also required.
