The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, vendor orders, and merchandising. They also lead, recruit, and train a team of 8-15 employees to ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
Candidates must have open availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Previous retail or food management experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
