The COTA is responsible for evaluating resident physical and mental abilities to determine rehabilitation goals. They plan and implement occupational therapy programs and social activities to help residents gain independence.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistance program and hold a current Ohio license. One to two years of related experience is preferred, along with the ability to pass background and drug screenings.
