The Life Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring the security of the entire campus and maintaining compliance with fire and emergency regulations. Key duties include inspecting life safety equipment, investigating incidents, and communicating safety protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. Required certifications include CPR/AED/First Aid and a valid driver's license, along with the ability to pass background and drug screens.

Responsibilities
Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas
Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus
Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed
Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments
Inspect and maintain life safety equipment
Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems
Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
