Who We Are
McMaster-Carr is a leading e-commerce company that industrial customers have trusted for over 120 years. Our products help them get manufacturing lines back up quickly, keep operations running smoothly, and prototype the next generation of innovative solutions. We earn and keep that trust by offering the right products, making them easy to find, and delivering them fast, so our customers can solve problems with greater speed, precision, and ease.
Our industry-leading e-commerce experience, indispensable product selection, and world-class service bring hundreds of thousands of customers to our site each day. But we’re never standing still. They turn new challenges and disruptive technologies into opportunities to refine our operations, expand our offering, and deliver a better experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
This is a path to senior leadership, with progress driven by the impact of your work—not a fixed timeline. This is a fully on-site opportunity, and members of management are expected to work with their teams in-person 5 days a week. Applicants may apply to either of the business areas listed below and indicate their preferred area of interest in their application.
1. Customer Service, Fulfillment & Automation Atlanta - GA, Chicago - IL, Cleveland - OH, Fort Worth - TX, Los Angeles - CA, Princeton - NJ

2. Products & Publishing Chicago - IL only
Lead initiatives that shape our product offering, strengthen our supplier base, and enhance the way customers discover and understand our products. Examples of work you might own include:
Own a product line – Make decisions that directly shape what we sell and how we present it, improving customer outcomes and driving growth.
Accelerate great writing with AI – Build and refine AI-powered tools that help our copywriters create clear, engaging content at scale.
Strengthen our supplier base – Evaluate and enhance supplier relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.

Our leadership opportunity is your gateway to senior leadership positions. Your growth will be fueled by the impact of your work, not rigid timelines or predetermined milestones. Ready to lead and innovate? Your journey starts here.
Who You Are
You’re energized by shaping direction and rolling up your sleeves to drive results. If you're curious, driven, and eager to take on challenges that matter, McMaster-Carr offers the chance to make an impact and grow into a leader.
