The QC Supervisor manages a team of hourly associates at an Inspection Center to ensure vehicle production and quality targets are met. They are responsible for overseeing daily operations, coaching team members, and approving mechanical and physical repairs.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and demonstrated expertise in reconditioning processes. The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

Position Overview:
The Production Line Lead role is a front-line supervisor role, responsible for directly managing and developing a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to regularly achieve production targets. This role is not visa eligible.
