Tenemos una oportunidad para vos, estamos buscando Analista de marketing en Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
Planificar y estructurar la comunicación de las campañas de CRM dentro de la aplicación, en coordinación con los equipos locales y regionales.
Gestionar el calendario de banners para amplificar el alcance y la conversión de las distintas acciones de marketing.
Crear nuevas campañas en la plataforma interna (Campaign Tool) alineadas con el brief y la estratégia establecido.
Configurar y actualizar campañas promocionales y cupones de descuento dentro de la plataforma interna de la compañía.
Monitorear los resultados del negocio mediante reportes de desempeño de CRM y proponer acciones estratégicas de mejora.
Analizar datos clave para definir segmentos óptimos de usuarios y coordinar estrategias de adquisición y retención.
Formación profesional en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carreras afines.
Experiencia en la gestión de promociones, campañas comerciales, pricing o iniciativas de crecimiento (growth).
Dominio avanzado de herramientas de hojas de cálculo (Google Sheets o Excel), incluyendo el manejo de tablas dinámicas y fórmulas avanzadas.
Conocimiento en herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (como Tableau, Looker o similares) o herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
Nivel de inglés intermedio o avanzado.
