The Receiving Assistant supports the department manager in processing incoming products, managing inventory accuracy, and maintaining an organized back room. They also provide backup support for store operations, including cashiering, customer service, and store opening/closing tasks.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in retail or receiving, with supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Office, inventory software, and the ability to obtain forklift and food safety certifications are required.
The Receiving Assistant is responsible for assisting the Receiving Manager in the successful operation of the receiving department.
