Ensure the LEAN program is properly implemented and maintained across the facility
Equipment & Maintenance Support
Provide technical support during new equipment installation, commissioning, and testing
Assist with first-pass troubleshooting, minor repairs, and establishing preventative maintenance programs to keep industrial machinery and equipment running smoothly
Provide daily technical direction and prioritization to the maintenance team to ensure alignment with production goals and operational efficiency
Help analyze root causes for manufacturing issues and resolve them
Documentation & Technical Support
Coordinate with the Facility Manager and teams to maintain quality of all work process systems, and assist in documentation of standard work and training
Provide technical product assistance when required, supporting project coordination, engineered products, and sales through preparation of documentation such as product-specific engineering submittal drawings and manufacturing procedures
Ensure documentation and data entry align with quality and standard work
Floor Presence & Safety
Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, actively engaging in daily manufacturing operations
Abide by all company safety rules, regulations, and policies
Attend all assigned safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety training sessions
WHAT YOU BRING
B.S. degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
In-depth knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or other solid modeling software
Demonstrated ability in process improvement, metric development, and problem-solving

Detail-oriented and analytical approach
A quick learner who is self-motivated, with the ability to promptly accomplish tasks with minimal supervision
Willingness to accept assignments of all types, including intermittent travel up to 10%
