Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment such as excavators, cranes, and dozers to perform excavation, backfill, and material hoisting. Ensure all work is conducted safely in compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies while meeting production goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and the ability to join the International Union of Operating Engineers. Applicants should demonstrate physical capability to lift heavy materials and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
