We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Staff Assistant to assist with daily maintenance operations and ensure our community remains safe, functional, and well maintained. This role is responsible for performing hands-on maintenance while also helping coordinate preventative maintenance efforts, responding to resident service requests, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready.
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Staff Assistant role brings strong technical knowledge across building systems, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and the leadership skills needed to help keep operations running smoothly.
