The Drafter III transforms concepts into detailed construction-ready plans for townhomes and duplexes. This includes preparing architectural plans, coordinating with outside vendors for truss and beam designs, and ensuring compliance with municipal requirements.
Candidates need 5-8 years of residential experience and an Associate's degree in CAD or Residential Architecture. Proficiency in drafting software and Microsoft Office, along with strong attention to detail, is required.
We're looking for an experienced Drafter III to join our homebuilding team. In this role, you'll transform concepts into detailed construction-ready plans that help create beautiful, high-quality homes for our customers. If you're passionate about residential design, enjoy collaborating with architects and construction teams, and have an eye for detail, we'd love to meet you.
