We are looking for a Full-time Maintenance person for our Forest Park Village Community. The purpose of a Maintenance position is to provide overall community groundskeeping and maintenance as well as perform repairs as needed to all community owned homes and lots. Job classification
This is a non-exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Non-exempt employees will be eligible for overtime pay in weeks where total hours worked exceed forty hours.
