Gordon Wuebbolt founded Community Eye Care Specialists in 1994. He has expanded the practice to include two ophthalmologists, four optometrists, seven offices, and one state of the art surgery center. Currently, he performs a variety of surgeries. Cataract Surgery is the most requested operation in which Dr. Wuebbolt specializes in, performing over 1,000 cataract surgeries per year. He also specializes in ocular plastic surgery, which includes operations such as, cosmetic eyelid surgery, cosmetic eye bag repair, cancer treatment of the skin, and straightening of lazy eyes. Dr. Wuebbolt also performs several procedures on the retina, which include injections for macular degeneration and diabetes. Each of our seven locations offers appointments with both ophthalmologists and optometrists, and a full service optical dispensary. Our opticians, with almost 50 years combined experience, are here to assist you in choosing flattering frames that reflect your personal style. They are also well-versed in all aspects of insurances and vision coverage, to provide you with the best optical purchase experience possible.
