The technician handles general room repairs, maintains pools and hot tubs, and manages groundskeeping including snow removal. They are also responsible for assisting guests on the 3rd shift and performing basic HVAC and electrical maintenance.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks. General knowledge of plumbing, electricity, and carpentry is required, while previous maintenance experience is preferred.

Our opening is for a Full-time, year round 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician working 10pm - 6am. Starting wage is $16.00/hour.
This position will need to be available any day of the week including weekends & holidays.
Most major repairs are contracted out to a vendor so this is a great position for someone with a mechanical mindset, but you don’t need to be certified or be an expert in any trade area.

Physical Requirements: This is a very physical position that requires stamina to be able to stand and walk for long periods and at times long distances. Able to lift and carry items weighing anywhere from 20 - 60 lbs daily, ability to repeatedly and continuously bend, reach, lift, push, crouch, kneel, stoop and twist.
