The Banquet Server is responsible for providing professional food and beverage service during various events, including setup and breakdown of banquet areas. They must also maintain cleanliness and organization while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong customer service skills. The position requires the physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
The Banquet Server at Maumee Bay Lodge will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests during events and banquets. Banquet Servers will serve either plated meals or buffets for corporate events, weddings, family reunions and all other catered events.
We offer you pay at $7.50 per hour plus service charge from events worked. With service charge received you'll average anywhere from $13.00 - $20.00 per hour or more depending on business levels.
Shifts start as early as 5am for breakfast and may go as late as 12am - 1am for weddings. Seeking candidates with DAY shift availability.
