Responsible for the daily management, coaching, and training of the New Home Advisor team to achieve sales goals. Oversees lead conversion, CRM accountability, and ensures model homes meet company quality and merchandising standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of residential real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in new home sales. Must possess a valid NC Real Estate License and a valid NC driver's license.
In partnership with the Market Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the daily management of the Sales Team, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, motivating, recognizing, rewarding, coaching, counseling, training, and problem-solving to achieve sales goals and develop the team.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, and 3-5 years of previous sales experience within the residential real estate market, with at least 3 of that experience in new home sales.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
