Vos missions :
En étroite collaboration avec les autres services de l’entreprise (production, achats, comptabilité, finance, R&D, logistique…), vous êtes responsable de l’administratif et de la logistique pour l’activité Export de l’entreprise.
En autonomie, vos missions se déclinent de la manière suivante :
Assurer la relation Client sur toutes questions liées aux dossiers dont vous avez la charge en collaboration avec le Responsable de zone Export et/ou le chargé de projets
Participer aux revues des contrats de commandes et en appliquer les exigences
Traiter les expéditions export : gérer la liasse documentaire, contacter les transporteurs pour enlèvements/envois, entretenir au quotidien des relations transverses avec le site d'expédition des marchandises, et savoir traiter les particularités des destinations spécifiques
Contrôler les conditions de paiement, et mettre tout en œuvre pour atteindre les objectifs de facturation de fin de mois
Être le garant de la bonne application des procédures, et se tenir informé des évolutions de la règlementation douanière
Profil attendu :
Vous possédez une formation supérieure BAC+2 dans les métiers du Commerce international, et/ou une première expérience réussie d’au moins 2 ans en Administration des Ventes à l’export.
Vous aimez travailler au sein d'une équipe qui gère des projets très variés dans un contexte dynamique.
Vous avez le sens du service client, une bonne capacité d'adaptation et êtes à l'aise sur la gestion des dossiers Export.
Votre autonomie, votre persévérance et vos qualités relationnelles seront des atouts indéniables pour offrir un service performant à vos clients.
La maîtrise de l’Anglais est indispensable, et celle de l’outil informatique (Pack Office, SAP) serait un plus.
