Job Summary
This position is within the Property Management division of IRG Realty Advisors and supports our industrial property in the Miami, Florida area. The Maintenance Technician – HVAC & Ammonia Refrigeration offers a unique opportunity to develop specialized skills in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager and Property Manager, this role helps ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of refrigeration equipment while supporting the property's overall maintenance and operational needs. This position is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional looking to expand their skills into industrial refrigeration.
Who We're Looking For
Ammonia refrigeration is a specialized field, and we recognize that many qualified maintenance professionals may not have direct experience with these systems. If you have strong hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, commercial HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, manufacturing maintenance, facilities maintenance, or repairing industrial equipment—and you're eager to learn ammonia refrigeration—we encourage you to apply.
